I want that card that allows me to borrow books from the Public Library free of charge.  How does that work?

The University Library can issue the TAL (The Alberta Library) Card to U of L faculty, staff, and students free of charge. This card can be used to borrow materials from any participating library in Alberta. Students, the TAL Card needs to be renewed each semester, so please see us at the Library Services Desk.
